Returns of unwanted or unsuitable products are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. To return items free of charge, use the pre-paid Evri return label provided by Reserved, or choose another shipping method at the sender's own cost and responsibility.
Remember that returned products must not show any signs of usage and must have all original tags attached.

Proof of postage should be retained until the refund is completed. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the parcel is received at the warehouse, with an email confirmation sent once the refund is issued.

First return free of charge
Each order placed with Reserved is entitled to one free return or complaint. Reserved will cover all costs and customs-related formalities for the first return or complaint associated with each order. Since your parcel will be shipped to the EU, customs clearance is required.
Please ensure that the invoice for your order is included inside the parcel.
Remove original label
If you are returning your order in the original packaging, please make sure to remove the old shipping label. If the original label remains on the package, it may be mistakenly returned to you instead of reaching our warehouse.
Once a return form is submitted, modifications are not possible. Ensure the returned items match what was originally declared, as any additional returns will incur shipping costs and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the sender.
Due to customs declaration requirements, it is not permitted to return products from multiple orders in a single parcel. Each return must correspond to a single order, and all items being returned from that order must be placed in one parcel. This ensures accurate customs processing and avoids delays in the return process.
How to return products?
To file a return and return via an Evri parcel shop please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and click on "My Orders".
- Select the order you want to return and click on Return Order (in Details.)
- Choose the "Return Label" option.
- Mark the items you want to return, fill out the return request form with the required information and confirm your return request.
- You will receive two emails within 24 business hours: one confirming your return form and one from Evri containing a Evri return label.
The email will also include a list of the nearest Evri parcel shops. If the provided list is not sufficient, you may also use Evris's locator to find a different shop address: Parcel Locator
Important
Remember to retain the proof of posting in the event of a future complaint.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a different colour/size is desired, the item(s) must be returned using the procedure above, and a new order should be placed for the desired colour/size.

- Choose the MY ORDERS tab.
- Click on 'Details' of your order.
- Click the INVOICE button.
- Click DOWNLOAD in the displayed window.
