Order Tracking

After your order has been completed (packed) and passed on to the courier company, your parcel starts its journey to the specified delivery address.

Once the parcel has left our warehouse the order tracking function will be available. After this option has been made available you should receive an e-mail with a link which allows you to track the progress of your order.

Important! Please remember that the order tracking function is not activated straight away. This option will be available within 24 hours of your parcel being sent.

To protect the personal data you have entrusted to us and in view of the fact that Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 becomes effective as of 25 May 2018, please be informed that, having your security at heart, we have made certain changes in our online shop that are connected to the protection of such data.
