We Care About the Accessibility of Our Services

Reserved (LPP S.A. group) is on a mission to provide a wide range of customers with fashionable clothing and accessories so that everyone can freely express themselves and create their own style every day.

We treat accessibility as an element of our quality and responsibility. It’s not just about complying with regulations, but also about concrete actions we take every day.

We are adapting our digital products to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act and the national implementation law of April 26, 2024, on ensuring the accessibility of certain products and services by businesses, which will also apply to our online store and mobile applications starting June 28, 2025.

What Actions We Take

Accessibility is a process we develop at various stages of product creation. The most important actions include:

  • Commissioning external audits of our website and applications.
  • Testing with the participation of people with disabilities.
  • Training the teams that create and develop our websites and applications.
  • Considering digital accessibility topics during the creation of new functionalities.
  • Planning and implementing improvements that make our websites and applications easier to use.
  • Creating internal tools that support teams in producing accessible content.
