Invoice/VAT

Due to ecological reasons we decided to reduce our paper waste and have switched to electronic invoice instead.

You can download your invoice from:

• the e-mail confirming the shipment of your order (the document can be found in the attachment),
• the base of your account when you go into the details of your order.

To make a return or claim you must have the invoice with you (it can also be shown on your mobile device).

If you need help with downloading your invoice please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account and click the YOUR ACCOUNT button.
2. Choose the MY ORDERS tab.
3. Click on 'details' of your order
4. Click the INVOICE button.
5. Click DOWNLOAD in the displayed window.
