To protect the personal data you have entrusted to us and in view of the fact that Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 becomes effective as of 25 May 2018, please be informed that, having your security at heart, we have made certain changes in our online shop that are connected to the protection of such data.

According to the Regulation in question, in addition to the rights of access, rectification and erasure of your data, you will have additional rights arising from the Regulation, such as: the right to request to have your data erased, the right to withdraw the consent to the data processing and the right to object to the data processing. Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications are sent via SMS, emails are also provided by the carrier. The courier will attempt to deliver the order to the given address twice. If they don’t succeed, the package will be returned to our online warehouse. A courier can deliver your package between 8am and 8pm.

If your order is to be delivered to the London Reserved store, you will be notified via email and a text message that the order is ready for pick up. The order will be waiting for you for 14 days. After that time we will contact you to determine whether the order will be picked up. If we are not able to confirm that, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

No delivery services are available on bank holidays. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Shipping to underserviced areas may require longer delivery times.

Important!

During the times of sales and promotions we receive an increased number of orders which may caused delivery times to be extended. When sales and promotions are underway, the ‘pick-up in store’ option is also unavailable. The actual delivery time, cost and available delivery options are visible when placing an order (during checkout).

 

Free Delivery

During the times of sales and promotions various delivery options are offered at no cost. Information about such promotions is displayed on the main page and during checkout. In such cases, you will not be charged for delivery, no matter the sum of your order.
