Types of delivery
Orders of value from £50 to £135 will be delivered for free.
We deliver to most regions within the United Kingdom, excluding Channel Islands.
Standard courier delivery
Our parcels are delivered using Yodel delivery service. Standard delivery time takes 6-10 working days. The cost of delivery is £3.99 (incl. VAT) or free of charge if you spend over from £50 to £135. Watch out for free delivery days! After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number in order to follow the progress of your parcel. A Yodel courier will attempt to deliver your parcel twice; if he is unsuccessful both times, then the parcel will be returned to us and your money will be fully refunded.
Pick-up points
Our parcels are delivered using Yodel delivery service or the Evri PUDO locker option. Standard delivery time takes 6–10 working days. The cost of delivery is £3.99 (incl. VAT) or free of charge if you spend over from £50 to £135. Watch out for free delivery days! After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number in order to follow the progress of your parcel. A Yodel courier will attempt to deliver your parcel twice; if he is unsuccessful both times, then the parcel will be returned to us and your money will be fully refunded. If you choose the Evri PUDO locker delivery option, your parcel will be delivered to your selected locker or pickup point, and you will receive a notification once it’s ready for collection. The delivery time and cost are the same as for standard delivery. Parcels that are not collected within the holding period will be returned to us and refunded in full.
Important!
During the times of sales and promotions, we receive an increased number of orders which may cause delivery times to be extended. The actual delivery time, cost, and available delivery options are visible when placing an order (during checkout).
