Problems with online payments
A lack of being redirected to the payment system page may be caused by various factors including errors on the page of the payment operator, the type of internet browser you're using, or the type of device you're using.
Important! Please make sure that your card has a 3D secure security measure, without it orders will not go through.
If errors occur, please use a computer and one of the two suggested internet browsers when making an order: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (newest versions are preferable).
It would also be useful to refresh the page (CTRL+F5) and/or delete cookie files in your browser's history.
