How can I return products bought online in the local store?

Unfortunately, as of October 28, 2024, returning products purchased online to a local store is no longer an available option. This change was implemented to streamline our return process and provide a more consistent experience for all customers.

How Can I Return My Online Purchase?

You can still return items purchased online using our free return service via Evri. Each order is entitled to one free return, and the process is simple and hassle-free:

  • File a return request through your Customer Account or the Guest Return Form.
  • Receive a prepaid Evri return label via email.
  • Securely pack the items and include the invoice in the parcel.
  • Drop off the parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop.

Important Notes

  • Each order is entitled to one free return or complaint. Any additional returns for the same order will need to be sent at the customer’s expense.
  • Due to customs requirements, products from separate orders cannot be combined into one return parcel.
  • Ensure the invoice is included inside the return parcel to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
