How can I return products bought online in the local store?

Take the items you want to return as well as the invoice with you to the local store- the invoice can be either printed out or shown on an electronic device.

And that's it! You do not need to create a returns form online as all the paperwork will be done for you by our staff in the local store.

Important! The returned products cannot bear any signs of usage and must have the original tags attached.

If you need help with downloading your invoice please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account and click the YOUR ACCOUNT button.
  2. Choose the MY ORDERS tab.
  3. Click on 'details' of your order.
  4. Click the INVOICE button.
  5. Click DOWNLOAD in the displayed window.
