Can I exchange my products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we make it easy for you to return items and place a new order for your desired size, color, or style.

How to Return Your Products

You can return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Simply follow our step-by-step return process to send back the unwanted items. Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. For detailed instructions on how to make a return, please visit our Returns page.

Placing a New Order

After submitting your return, you can place a new order for the products you wish to exchange. Adding the desired items to your basket and completing the checkout ensures availability and faster processing.

Important Information

  • Each order is entitled to one free return or complaint. Reserved covers all costs and customs-related formalities for the first return or complaint associated with each order.
  • Items from multiple orders cannot be combined into a single return parcel due to customs requirements. Each return must be processed separately.
  • Please include the invoice for your original order inside the return parcel to facilitate customs clearance. Missing documentation may result in delays.
