What should I do if I received a damaged parcel or wrong products?

If the contents of your parcel have been damaged in any way, please contact our Customer Service immediately (preferably by e-mail) and attach photos of the damage. The following step is to create a return form, add a description of the damage to the box and send the items back to us.
