What happens after my order has been confirmed?

After accepting the contents of your cart, filling out your details and finalising your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us with your order number.

If your order has been paid for correctly, its status will change to 'in progress'. This means that our specialists have started to prepare your order to be shipped to you. Once your order has changed its status to 'Ready to be sent', it means that it's waiting to be collected by the courier company.

Once the parcel has been sent, you will be informed of this fact by e-mail. If some of the items from your order are unavailable, you will also be informed of this by e-mail.

We make it our priority to complete our customers' orders as fast as possible.
