How long does it take for a complaint to be investigated?
Complaints are investigated within 14 calendar days from the moment we receive your parcel at our warehouse. Our team carefully reviews each complaint to ensure that every case is handled thoroughly and fairly.
How Will I Be Notified?
Once your complaint has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome. If the complaint is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days from the resolution date.
What Happens If the Complaint is Not Accepted?
If your complaint is not accepted, the item(s) will be returned to you at no additional cost.

- Please ensure that your complaint parcel includes all required documentation, such as the invoice and a note describing the issue with the product. Missing information may delay the investigation process.
- If you used your free return allowance to send the complaint, Reserved will cover all costs associated with shipping and customs-related formalities.
