Why is my coupon code not working?
This may be due to various reasons such as:
- the code expired (we have limited-time offers),
- you can only use one code at a time,
- double-check your delivery – some codes only work with specific delivery options,
- check for typos,
- make sure the offer can be used for what you’re purchasing,
- make sure there are no spaces before and after the code,
- the scope of the code may be limited to only regular-priced products (not on sale) or items from a given category,
- the coupon code must be entered manually during checkout in the 'I have a coupon code' bar, once your order has been placed we cannot add the code.
Can I enter more than one promotion code?
You are only able to enter one promotion code; if you enter two, we will take the last valid promotion code you entered.
