Why is my coupon code not working?

This may be due to various reasons such as:

  • the code expired (we have limited-time offers),
  • you can only use one code at a time,
  • double check your delivery – some codes only work with specific delivery options,
  • check for typos,
  • make sure the offer can be used for what you’re purchasing,
  • make sure there are no spaces before and after the code,
  • the scope of the code may be limited to only regular priced products (not on sale) or items from a given category.
  • the coupon code must be entered manually during checkout in the 'I have a coupon code' bar, once your order has been placed we cannot add the code.

Can I enter more than one promotion code?

You are only able to enter one promotion code, if you enter two, we will take the last valid promotion code you entered.
