CLAIMS

Complaint concerning faulty products may be made within two years from the date of purchase.

You may make the claim at our online store following the instructions:

  • complete online return form available in your account
  • pack the products and send them in a prepaid package to the following address:
    Reserved E-commerce Complaint, Panatton Park III, ul. Jabłoniowa 46a, 80-175 Gdańsk, POLAND

Within 14 days from receiving the package we will consider the claim and send you feedback on it. If the claim is accepted you will receive the refund to your bank account or card within few days.
