RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ESHOP
We offer a 30-days return period for online purchases (from the date of receipt). Returns are free of charge and carried out through GLS courier company. Please remember that all returned items must not show signs of use and have the original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt by our warehouse, through the same method as the method of payment. You can return your items by following the instructions below:
By GLS courier:
- Complete online return form available in your account.
- Pack the products – you may use the same package in which you have received the goods originally. In this case please remember to take off the original delivery label before applying the new label. Please also enclose the receipt, which can be found in the confirmation e-mail of your order or in your order history, in the ‘Details’ section.
- A GLS courier will arrive with a pre-paid return label to collect your parcel on the date you have specified in your return form.
- Remember to obtain the proof of posting.
To create a returns form you need to:
Go to your account and click on ‘My orders’. When you click on the order which you would like to return, in ‘Details’ you will find a ‘Return’ button. Please choose the return ‘by courier’ option. The next step is to mark the unwanted items and click ‘send’ button.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different colour/size, then you need to return the item/s using the procedure above and place a new order for the desired colour/size.
