RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ESHOP

We offer a 30-day returns period for online purchases (from date of receipt). Returns are free of charge and carried out via pre-paid GLS return labels. Please remember that all returned items must not show signs of use and have the original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt by our warehouse, through the same method as the method of payment. You can return your items by following the instructions below:

In a GLS parcel shop:
1. Complete an online return form available in your account.
2. Pack the products – you may use the same package in which you have received the goods in originally. In this case, please remember to remove the original delivery label before applying the new return label. Please also enclose a printed-out version of your invoice, which can be found in your order history, in the ‘Details’ section. You may also include a handwritten note with your order number and e-mail instead.
3. You will receive a pre-paid GLS returns address label within next 24 hours from completing the return form, unless the form is submitted after 2pm on a Friday; then the label will be sent on Monday.
4. Print the label you have been e-mailed and put it on the package.
5. Take the parcel to a GLS point. You may find your closest point by going onto GLS's website and entering your address into their parcel shop locator. Please retain the proof of posting of your return in case of future complaints.

To create a return form, you need to:
Go to your account and click on ‘My orders’. When you click on the order which you would like to return, in ‘Details’ you will find a ‘Return’ button. Please choose to return via ’Return label'. The next step is to mark any unwanted items and click the ‘send’ button.

Exchanges:
Please be kindly informed that we do not offer exchanges for goods purchased online. If you wish to swap goods for a different size/colour, you may do so by returning said items and then placing a new order for the desired size/colour.
