What should I do if a courier doesn't come to collect my return?

Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, couriers are not always able to carry out all of their planned collections due to road traffic, lack of time, weather conditions and local restrictions to name a few. We understand that this must have been very frustrating waiting for the courier without success. Please be assured that we will be more than happy to re-book the collection for you.
