30 day returns policy
If you want to return items free of charge, you may do so via a free GLS return label offered by us or through the shipping method of your choice (this option is carried out at your own cost and responsibility).
Important! The products which you wish to return cannot bear any marks of usage and must have all the original tags attached. Please also remember to include your invoice or a handwritten note with your order number and e-mail.

Return of goods purchased without logging into clients account
If you have placed an order without registering, you can make a return by accessing the order details in the order confirmation email.
