How to return products?
If you want to return items free of charge, you may do so via a free GLS return label offered by us or through the shipping method of your choice (this option is carried out at your own cost and responsibility).
Important! The products which you wish to return cannot bear any marks of usage and must have all the original tags attached. Please also remember to include your invoice or a handwritten note with your order number and e-mail.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different colour/size, then you need to return the item/s using the procedure below and place a new order for the desired colour/size.
Do you want to return products bought online in our local store?
No problem! Just take the products with you to your local store as well as your invoice (it can be shown on a mobile device). You do not need to create a returns form if you choose this return option.
If you need help with downloading your invoice please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account and click the YOUR ACCOUNT button.
- Choose the MY ORDERS tab.
- Click on 'details' of your order.
- Click the INVOICE button.
- Click DOWNLOAD in the displayed window.
