Problems with online payment

Failure to redirect to the payment system may be due to an error on the part of the payment provider, the browser you are using or the electronic device you are using.

If the transaction was unsuccessful, you can go to the order details in your Customer Account and use the ''Complete payment'' option. You will be redirected back to the payment selection page.

It may also be useful to refresh the page or delete cookies in your browser settings.

If you fail to make payment for your order, it will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
