RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ESHOP

We offer a 30-day returns period for online purchases (from date of receipt). Returns are free of charge and carried out through DHL Parcel Connect. Please remember that all returned items must not show signs of use and have the original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt by our warehouse, through the same method as the method of payment. You can return your items by following the instructions below:

In a DHL Parcel Connect point:

  • Complete online return form available in your account.
  • Pack the products – you may use the same package in which you have received the goods in originally. In this case please remember to take off the original delivery label before applying the new label. Please also enclose the receipt, which can be found in the confirmation e-mail of your order or in your order history, in the ‘Details’ section.
  • You will receive a pre-paid DHL returns address label within next 24 hours from completing the return form, unless the form is submitted after 2pm on Friday; then the label will be sent on Monday.
  • Print the label you have been e-mailed and put it on the package.
  • Take the parcel to a DHL Parcel Connect point.
  • Remember to obtain the proof of posting.

To create a returns form you need to:

Go to your account and click on ‘My orders’. When you click on the order which you would like to return, in ‘Details’ you will find a ‘Return’ button. Please choose return ‘via DHL point’. The next step is to mark the unwanted items and click ‘send’ button.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different colour/size, then you need to return the item/s using the procedure below and place a new order for the desired colour/size.

According to the Regulation in question, in addition to the rights of access, rectification and erasure of your data, you will have additional rights arising from the Regulation, such as: the right to request to have your data erased, the right to withdraw the consent to the data processing and the right to object to the data processing.
