RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ESHOP

If products are not what you expected you may return them within 90 days of receipt of delivery.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right to return goods purchased for 90 days from receipt of delivery. Thanks to this, customers can also cancel the contract after the statutory 14-day period. Additional terms apply only after the 14-day cancellation period expired. After the 14-day cancellation period returned goods should have all original labels and hangtags.

There are 3 ways you can make a return:

To Reserved London Shop
You can take the items you’re returning to our Reserved Store in London. Prepare your items and information which will allow us to confirm your purchase – ex. receipt, invoice or order confirmation.

By Royal Mail
- complete online return form available in your account or print and complete the contract withdrawal form available on the website [link]
- pack the products – you may use the same package you received the goods in originally. You may attach the receipt as well, it will make the money return process easier and faster;
- you will receive a pre-paid Royal Mail returns address label within next 24 hours from completing return form, unless form is submitted after 2pm on Friday; then the label will be received on Monday – Print the label we emailed you and put it on the package;
- take parcel to any Royal Mail post office.

By DPD courier
- complete online return form available in your account or print and complete the contract withdrawal form available on the website [link]
- pack the products – you may use the same package you received the goods in originally. You may attach the receipt as well, it will make the money return process easier and faster;
- the courier will arrive with a prepaid label to collect your package; on the day of the collection DPD will contact you via email to confirm your one hour time slot.

You will receive the refund within few days after we receive your package (to the card or account you used while placing the order)

You can return products by following the instruction:

  1. Click on YOUR ACCOUNT  and login to see your order history.


  2. In MY ORDERS tab you will find your order history. Click details next to the order that you want to returns items from.
  3. On the bottom you will see the availible choices. Click on RETURN ORDER to proceed to the next step.
  4. We offer 3 ways to make a return, choose the one most convenient for you.


  5. You will see the order that you have selected in the previous choice. Select the products that you would like to return


  6. Fill out the COURIER ORDER FORM
    1. Choose a convenient day for couriers arrival.
    2. Fill out the rest of the form and then click SAVE.
    3. Remember that after this step you cannot change the form.


  7. The last step is confirmation that the return form has been sent. Pack the products that you want to return according to the instructions.
    To speed up the return process, it's a good idea to print and add the invoice to the package.
    You can download it from the 'My orders' tab from the order details that you want to return.You will also find the same invoice in the email confirming the shipment of the order from our warehouse.
    If you return products in the store, all you need to do is to show invoice on the mobile device.

In a few days after we receive the package you will receive the funds in the same way you have paid for your order (card or PayPal).

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the goods through the online shop you need to follow the return procedure - send the items back to us (or return them at our store in London) and place a new order.
