CLAIMS

Complaint concerning product defects may be made within two years from the date of purchase. Complaint concerning goods purchased in our online strone may be made in to ways.

at choosen Reserved or Reserved Kids store in Poland - you just need to bring the items in question with the receipt and while at the store fill out a complaint form. 

 

The easiest is to make a claim at any Reserved store in Poland. Prepare your items and information, which will allow us to confirm your purchase – ex. receipt, invoice or order confirmation.

 

You may also make the claim at our online store following the instructions:

- complete online return form available in your account

- pack the products and send them in a prepaid package to the following address:

Within 14 days from receiving the package we will consider the claim ad send you feedback on it. If the claim is accepted You will receive the refund within few days to your bank account or card.


We enable the Clients who make claims to send the items in question by courier at our expense. In order to do that it is compulsory for the Client to fill in online return form (available in Customer Account) as well as to send through online contact form (http://www.reserved.com/pl/en/contacts) information on filling the online return form and on address data where the complaint products should be picked up from.
