We are offering shares in a beautiful 5 bedrooms 4.5 Baths townhouse located on Bayard Avenue at Clayton, approximately 2 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from the Starboard. We have a limited number of members, and every member is guaranteed a bed (no bunk beds.) Do not spend your summer packed in a house like sardines.
Membership fee - full season	$1,700 May 23 through Sept. 7
Membership fee - half season	$1,150 Two holiday weekend and six weekends

	Summer time at the Beach! It doesnt get any better than this. We are looking for fun-loving, co-ed, young professionals (25-40) from across the East Coast to join our great group. This large house with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and decks off every bedroom and has all the amenities too, to allow you to make the most of your time at the beach. Maid service, gas grill, fireplace, cable, wireless internet included. Just 3 blks to the Starboard and 2 blks to the beach!

We are stumbling distance from Starboard, and 2.5 blocks from the beach. Prices include kegs and jager for our jagerator, plenty of sleeping space, maid service, 2.5 Baths, a deck, WD, and AC. In addition, we also offer quarter shares 4 weekends for $550 including 1 holiday.
